1. To provide technical and maintenance support to ensure the stability, availability, reliability, performance and security of online services provided to the public and internal functions.
2. To provide technical support on security measures and reviews, system interfaces with other IRD internal systems and enhancement on the system infrastructure.
3. To conduct various testing on and carry out quality control for the deliverables of the outsourced contractors.
4. To monitor the outsourced contractors and liaise with external and internal parties for the technical support on system infrastructure and application support on system interfaces.
5. Any other tasks assignment by supervisors.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0

Requirements 1. At least 6 years of experience in technical support of system infrastructure with server clustering.
2. Hands-on experience in containers as a service platform.
3. Hands-on experience in supporting Internet-facing applications and batch job processing.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with outsourced service maintenance contractors and other internal parties for application maintenance support.
5. Hands-on development experience of taxation related systems is an advantage.
6. Ability to work independently and lead sub-ordinates to complete the assigned tasks.
7. Candidate should note that he / she will be required to work and perform on-site system support tasks in production site during non-office hours including after mid-night and public holidays occasionally.
8. Candidate should note that he / she will be required to assist supervisors and work with other project teams, vendors and/or end-users to complete the required tasks.
9. Candidate should note that he / she will be required to carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 6 years' experience in Apache Web Server (AWS);
. At least 6 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 6 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 6 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS);
. At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 6 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 6 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB);
. At least 6 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 6 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 6 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 6 years' experience in XML (XML).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 6 years' experience in quality management (QMT);
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is a must.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
