- Market analysis and research on consumers behavior to develop the right approach and strategy for re-branding
- Develop and formulate marketing strategy for new product launch as well as festival campaigns
- Menu enhancement to drive brand excitement
- Digital marketing including but not limited to searching engine and social media promotions
- Manage the marketing P/L budget, ensure the marketing spending is cost-effective
- Work closely with operations team for developing new products and create interesting marketing angle
- Bachelor degree in marketing or business-related discipline.
- Experience in Food related industry is a must.
- Team player with strong planning and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under deadline and pressure
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
