- Financial Management: develop and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve financial targets and objectives.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and revenue growth strategies to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership & Development: recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team capable of achieving the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and empowerment to inspire and motivate employees at all levels.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Communicate effectively with the board of directors to provide regular updates on business performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- MBA, or Degree in Business, Engineering or Finance from a reputable university.
- Five or more years executive leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of QSR market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong experience in leading store development, franchise development in SEA markets.
- Exceptional strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
