- Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
- Greet and seat guests in professional manner
- Take and manage reservations and table assignments effectively
- Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone
- Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
- Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
- Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel/ restaurant with good standards
- Basic Computer Skills and Cashiering Skills
- Good communication skills and language skill
- A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
- Empathy: Genuinely understand your needs and connect personally
