  • Analyse, design, install, and configure advanced network infrastructure and application components to ensure optimal IT performance.
  • Maintain a stable IT infrastructure and computing environments that meet diverse business requirements.
  • Provide high-level support for desktop and server operations within a Microsoft environment, focusing on server management and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, particularly with handson experience in the Azure cloud platform, including cloud networking, storage, and compute services.
  • Monitor and resolve Infrastructure Service requests and incident tickets, ensuring timely completion in accordance.
  • Perform installations of new systems and setup of equipment for various operational needs, including office events and renovations.
  • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory, collaborating with vendors to ensure quality hardware maintenance and procurement.
  • Conduct routine backups and execute Disaster Recovery drills for mission-critical systems to ensure business continuity.
  • Research, test, and recommend new technologies to improve system efficiency and adapt to changing business needs.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in server support and networking, with a strong technical focus.
  • Extensive experience in configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of PC systems and Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience with the Azure cloud platform, including cloud services architecture and management.
  • Proficient in administrative tools, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and O365.
  • Familiarity with Linux server environments, including setup, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results oriented approach.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
