- Conducting research (literature reviews, sector data analysis, in-house or externally managed surveys and focus groups) related to education.
- Supporting research and data analysis studies, preparing reports and findings, and managing data and records.
- Supporting the donation request management process and carrying out grant making functions: setting tasks, deliverables, schedules and resources, and working on progress reports and project publications.
- Monitoring the approved projects to ensure that they are implemented and completed according to schedule, intended output and within the original agreed scope and budget.
- Drafting articles and speeches for publicity events, supporting public relations and media initiatives.
- Liaising with potential external partners and building relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in research or grant management.
- Experience working within NGO's, Think Tanks - policy research entities, or social service settings.
- Good project management experience, and a strong goal-oriented style
- Strong organisation skills with high self-motivation and exceptional attention to details
- Knowledge of analytical skills, proactive idea creation style and passionate in education related topics.
- Excellent speaking and writing proficiency in Chinese and English, heavy reporting required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
