
Hong Kong – Specialist, Talent Acquisition (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

- Identify and engage passive and active candidates via pro-active searching from various platforms and channels
- Build candidates pools for high-volume hires, e.g. audit and corporate services
- Craft personalized outreach messages to spark interest and convert passive talent
- Conduct preliminary screenings to assess fit before recruiter handoff
- Track sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline health) to refine strategies
- Partner closely with recruiters understand role requirements and team needs
- Share market insights (e.g. talent availability, competitor intelligence)
- Support other recruitment related activities as required
- Duration: 1 year (with possible extension based on business needs)
- Degree holder, preferably in human resources or business related discipline
- Min. 2 years’ experience of sourcing experience (recruitment agency or in-house)
- Prior experience in professional service firm is preferrable but not a must
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tool and advance Boolean search techniques
- Ability to manage high-volume sourcing
- Strong service mindset and a self-starter
- Well versed in MS Office tools such as Excel and PPT
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication
