Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1.Carry out general clerical duties in office of Administrative Services Department relating to the following aspects:receptionist duties, telephone enquiry, data input, statistics and research, general and store administration, filing and records keeping and public enquiries and etc.2.Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing departmental programs and activities;3.Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting;4.File and retrieve documents, compile statistics and returns;5.Handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with staff;6.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Entry Requirement:1.University Graduates; OR2.Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function and has completed F.5/ S.5 with:(a)HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or equivalent;OR(b)5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:· Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and· Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.Preferred Attributes:1.Knowledge of common office applications (e.g. E-mail, Internet/Intranet, etc.) and proficiency in PC applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, Photoshop).2.Able to work independently.3.Responsible, self-motivated, attention to details, well-organized and able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.QualificationsRemarks1.
