Date of Issue: 27 August 2025Position:Executive Assistant II (Corporate Communication and Public Relations)Rank:Executive Assistant IIDepartment / Hospital / Cluster:Corporate Communication and Public Relations Section / Queen Mary Hospital / Hong Kong West ClusterSalary:HK$19,764 – HK$24,023 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities:1.Assist in graphic design and production of cluster/hospital videos, graphics, posters, newsletters and/or other promotional materials.2.Prepare content for social media and other communication channels, such as hospital WhatsApp groups, digital panels, websites and newsletters.3.Provide support in planning and executing events, conferences and hospital visits.4.Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support for the department, including filing, data entry, record keeping and news clipping.5.Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Entry Requirement:1.University Graduates; OR2.Has obtained a Diploma in a specialized function and has completed F.5/ S.5 with:(a)5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;Or;(b)5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.
- Shortlisted candidates may be required to provide a portfolio showcasing examples of his/her design work, video projects, text-based content, or any other relevant creative works.

- Serving staff who have completed F.5 / S.5 or equivalent and have 2 years’ relevant experience within HA may also be considered.
- The selected candidate will be offered either contract or fixed term appointment up to 27 October 2027 (Time-limited) depending on his/her existing employment terms.
