· Degree holder or above, preferably in Arts Administration, Event Management, Theatre, or related fields.· Proven experience in theatre production, large-scale event management, or arts administration, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.· Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.· Excellent organisational and logistical skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute events efficiently.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders including artists, vendors, staff, parents and students.· Technical knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, and set design is highly desirable.· Experience in managing arts programmes, exhibitions, or tours is an advantage.· Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different backgrounds and disciplines.· Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends during peak periods or event schedules.· Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 8am to 4:30pm (School Days) / 9am to 5:30pm (Non-school Days)Interested parties please send us your detailed resume including current and expected salary by clicking "APPLY NOW".(Personal data provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purposes only.
