Work Location: Chek Lap KokJob Responsibilities:

Conduct procurement including purchase requisitions, quotation, purchase order, tendering and contract award in accordance with the procurement manual;
Maintain comprehensive procurement records;
Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users;
Ensure the quality of goods/services and delivery on time;
Monitor supplier’s performance and conduct relevant surveys;
Report to Senior Procurement Officer; and
Perform any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Preferably degree holder in procurement / business or related disciplines;
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in procurement;
Preferably with experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up;
Preferably with experience in execute and review the quality control for goods receipt;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
Knowledge of SAP system is a preference;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word; and
Good command of Chinese and English.
