- The position aims to support the responsibility of key driver of implementing Visual display guideline, campaign launch and plan for Roadshows, Podiums and Pop-Up events.
- Work transversally with internal CAP counterparts & establish a reliable network of agency and vendor.
- Solid experience in project management and VM is required, alongside assisting in development and evolution of shop concepts and adaption.
- Implementation based on final visual image for different boutiques and work with external suppliers on deliverables.
- End-to-end follow through on boutiques / counters VM display in close liaison with local team and external contractors
- Key driver of campaign activations with local initiative, including Podiums, Hotel Events, Pop up.
- Guide and train floor VM in providing accurate forecast of SPMs materials (display materials, dummies, testers, and permanent materials).
- VM preparation for all new POS openings/renovation and retrofit projects
- Coordinate with CAP team on amplification of image-driven pop-up events installations, market adaptations, and gather market feedback on business needs
- Budget review and ensure VM costs adheres to planned budget and benchmarked against similar door typologies
- CSR - Initiate and explore existing materials and methodology on local activations, review and propose replacement or alternative to answer sustainability way of production.
- Diploma above
- 5 years experience in the Visual Merchandising Function of which 3 years in managerial role in luxury fashion, watch & jewellery, or beauty industry.
- Proficient in Adobe program, AutoCAD & other design tools
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
