- Lead, strategize, drive and manage Opus delivery in multiple FWD markets.
- Lead the strategy to onboard markets for adoption of new technologies used in Opus and OneMod.
- Drive solution development roadmaps and collaboration with Group Infrastructure and Group Security teams.
- Create solution, strategy and roadmap to adopt OneMod as an enabler for all customer, partner, OPS channels of New Business, Servicing, Claims, Customer Center and CRM by adopting best practices from Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights and Contact Centre
- Facilitate the overall Technology landscape and design effective and practical solutions working with markets and their associated systems.
- Drive delivery of system transformation concepts and solution engineering patterns into development teams to keep systems operating effectively
- Drive Cloud Monitoring Capabilities for Opus and OneMod focusing on scalable Architecture Design, Security & Compliance
- Demonstrate Insurance Domain Expertise in Policy Admin, Claims, Customer Service, Compliance to create solutions to help markets and drive operational efficiency.
- Design Cloud Efficiency and provide 24/7 HA to Opus
- Lead Delivery for multiple squads and Business Units to deliver AI-powered workflows of OPUS
- Lead Opus technical delivery in one or multiple FWD markets.
- Ensure the project is delivered in the committed budget.
- Lead the development and infrastructure to define the best practices through innovative technology
- Enabling Opus strategy across the FWD markets.
- Lead to define the technology solution roadmap and implementation strategy with Group & Market technology teams and business leaders across identified Life and EB systems, driving the adoption of new application that hosted on cloud services, and application architecture in solution and design.
- Define measurable and quality metrics for solutions as assigned as they have a sizable impact on the business performance at each market and require advanced judgement to develop new and practical solutions.
- Lead and steward the management of Opus innovation through its life cycle, including resources planning, budget monitoring, clients’ expectation management, change management, contingency planning, risk assessment and mitigation.
- Design the cloud infrastructure that supports the organization’s velocity which includes creating and maintaining the continuous delivery pipeline toolchain, including continuous integration, automated build verification testing, and automated deployment
- Lead the definition and development of technology solutions leading to operational efficiency.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation of team capacity, and continuous improvement of team performance and their technical and non-technical competencies on Opus Delivery.
- Improve operational efficiency both for claims, servicing and New Business area.
- Provide thought leadership in industry and to fellow team members across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements
- Drive Markets to adopt group standard frameworks and optimize reusability in Opus.
- Maintain and improve the continuous delivery framework leveraging technology advancements
- Directions to the team to investigate and solve performance and stability issues in production
- Provide dedicated support to individual Service Delivery Engineers and Operations
- Oversee all planned outages and assist with major upgrades to ensure minimum downtime in Insurance.

- At least 12+ years of IT experience relevant degree or diploma program of study
- Architecture and Design knowledge for cloud architecture with expert level experience of AWS or Azure with associated certifications
- Superior knowledge in Life and GI insurance domain.
- Well versed with integration and micro services architecture
- Experience in AI driven technologies.
- Previous experience in Intelligent AI Agents and Workflow Automation to modernize OPUS to the new technology era
- Ability to develop custom tool integrations in AWS or Azure environment using ASP.NET, WCF, C#, JavaScript
- Experience building, integrating, deploying and provisioning service services
- Expertise in multiple version control systems (Git, GitHub, Subversion)
- Expertise in Data Strategy with exposure in Data Migration, Custom Connectors Power BI
- Specific experience with service Foundry development, administration and APIs
- Solid knowledge in Insurance domain and Insurance system architecture.
- Solid knowledge in engineering standards and practices
- Proficient in various technologies like Micro services, Web Api’s, data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Knowledge on NET Stack ASP.NET, WCF, JavaScript, SSIS, SSRS, REST, JSON
- Knowledge and experiences in Dynamics 365 - Sales, Service, Customer Insights, Contact Centre modules to extend OneMod and OPUS offering to FWD CRM and customer contact center
- Manage projects in Agile development approach
- Understand latest and emerging technologies and practice, such as DevOps, Cloud and Microservices
- Exemplify good interpersonal communication skills at all levels of business users, markets, IT, partners and vendors
- Good command of spoken and written English
