  • Develop and manage engaging kids’ programs and activities.
  • Lead and supervise a team of recreation hosts.
  • Ensure all activities are safe, secure, and age-appropriate.
  • Interact with children and families to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor feedback and improve program offerings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience and at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • More experience will be considered as Assistant Recreation Manager
  • Confident, self-motivated, analytical and innovative
  • Strong leadership skill and be a good trainer and people management techniques.
  • Presentable, multi-tasks, excellent communication and presentation skill
