BIM Modeller/ BIM Technician

• Develop accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit. •
• Produce high-quality construction drawings, schedules, and documentation to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain and update BIM libraries and standards to streamline workflows.
• Perform clash detection and quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables.

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building Services, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and drawing production.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or Rhino is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
