My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, be passionate about brand development, and have a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends, identifying opportunities to drive brand growth.
Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling advertising and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Sales Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand market needs and support channel-specific strategies that drive sales performance.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on brand positioning and product knowledge.
Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Budget Management:
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives.
  • Track expenditures against budgets and ensure all marketing initiatives deliver a positive return on investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure alignment on brand objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
