The successful candidates will assist the manager to lead the leasing team to work on digital marketing, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation, new letting / renewal, and tenancy administration. Further duties include managing day-to-day business operations, co-ordination with related parties on property management, monitoring of rates administration and ad hoc duties. The incumbent will also need to explore new clients.Requirements:
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in residential leasing, liaison with tenants and prospects as well as tenancy administration
  • Experience with property developers or international real estate agency firms
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, regulations and licensing requirements
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
