
Customer Services Officer

- Provide professional consultation and product knowledge
- Maintain and build up customer relationship through school visit, call and email
- Deliver great customer experience and follow-up service to fulfil customer satisfaction
- Collect and consolidate customer’s feedback to improve the product/ service offerings and process
- Update and record customer’s data and activities in a regular basis
- Explore up-sell opportunities with potential clients and assist to achieve sales target
- High diploma or above in any disciplines;
- 1-2 years or above of solid working experience in Customer services or Sales (More experienced candidates will be considered as senior position)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Quick learner and a team player
- Proactive and willing to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Chinese word-processing
- Prior related function in the education industry an advantage
