- Achieve business target which is assigned by management
- Manage customers' portfolio by providing advisory service and perform trading order execution for clients
- Identify new business opportunity and cross-sell other bank products to existing clients and potential clients
- Sell and cross-sell investment / FX / securities products for acquiring, disposing and subscribing underwriting securities
- Maintain cordial relationship with existing clients and potential clients through regular visit, business call, business function and social gathering
- Monitor daily performance and business activities of clients' account
- Analyze business potential and creditability of clients' portfolio for risk management purpose
- Generate NII by negotiation with clients for credit facility arrangement
- Prepare call report and maintain a high service quality to clients
- Prepare credit proposal, ratification memo and report business development on monthly basis
- Bachelor of Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent
- Over 5 years of banking experience or relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of products and services to HNW clients with private Banking / wealth management experience is advantage
- Qualifications in IIQE and HKSI is a must and CPWP is an advantage
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint )
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
