It gives us a single set of expectations across our lines, geographies and career paths, and provides transparency on the skills we need as individuals to be successful and progress in our careers, now and in the future.Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle solutions.Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle systems, optimizing performance and efficiency.Manage project lifecycles from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and guide them through implementation processes.Stay updated on Oracle technologies and industry trends, recommending best practices and contributing to process enhancements and innovation.Mentor junior consultants while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Preferred skillsA degree in computer science, computer engineering, accounting, finance or a related discipline is preferred.Over 3 years of hands-on implementation experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion in areas such as Financials, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or Sales and Distribution is highly preferred.Backgrounds in Kingdee, Yonyou, Microsoft, or JD Edwards are welcome.Experience in management or technology consulting environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean is an advantage.Experience in advisory services, such as system selection, feasibility studies, business process re-engineering (BPR), project management office (PMO), or post-implementation review is preferred.Proficiency in preparing consultancy reports and presentation decks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive, committed, and self-motivated.Good team player, capable of working independently.
