
Associate Senior Officer - Administration

- Assist Seniors supervising team to provide logistic support for documentation and tender exercise
- Back up Counters for Customer Services
- Coordinate various applications from Residents
- Prepare and consolidate various management reports
- Provide procurement support and deliver customer services and administrative support, including various office system and logistic assistance
- Minimum with 5 years relevant experiences; At least 2 years of experience in supervisory role
- Proven experience in Customer Services
- Detailed -oriented, patient, and strong listener with effective leadership skill
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, working under pressure and tackle complaints effectively
- Adaptable and willing to take up ad hoc responsibilities or challenges
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good command of PC
