  • Maintain excellent business relationships with existing clients and expand the potential client base
  • Provide high-quality consultancy services in Mainland China
  • Provide timely response to the client’s various enquiries and report instructions
  • Prepare consultancy reports and/or relevant presentation materials
  • Attend relevant business meetings
Requirements
  • University degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Town Planning or related discipline
  • Qualified Surveyor with MHKIS / MRICS / CFA is an advantage
  • Experience in consultancy and valuation is an advantage
  • Excellent computer application skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
