Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant
Train your team in all aspects of service
Be the face of the operation
Deal with any issues that may arise
Write staff rosters
Order and monitor stock
Achieve the agreed budget by controlling costs and wastage

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
Possess a passion for the hospitality and F&B industry
Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
Sense of responsibility within your role
Fluency in English is a must; other languages are advantageous
