Posting Date: 2025-09-04Tastings Group LimitedAssistant Manager / Supervisor - Michelin Starred French RestaurantWe are looking for talented individuals who enjoy working in a refined restaurant environment with an open kitchen setting.Key Responsibilities:Operational Oversight: Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery, uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, and maintain an inviting ambiance throughout the establishment..Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Support staff development and performance evaluations.Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion. Foster a welcoming and refined atmosphere.Service Excellence: Uphold fine dining service protocols, ensuring consistency in table settings, etiquette, and presentation.Reservation & Seating Management: Oversee reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of service-related items (e.g., linens, glassware, menus) and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards as well as company policies and local regulations.Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in the same role within a fine dining restaurant setting is required.Good Supervisory and leadership skills, and able to monitor all juniors and casual workers.Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and work within a team.Excellent judgment, problem-solving solving and ability to handle complaints and comments.Hong Kong residents only.Immediate availability is highly preferred.We offer an attractive salary & benefits:Annual leave - 12 days in 1st year, then add 1 day on top for each year completed, maximum up to 18 days in total.No split shift;Sales incentive bonus;Medical Insurance;Paid Sick Leave;Wedding Leave;Birthday Leave;Compassionate Leave;Staff meal provided;On the job training.To apply, please submit your CV with an availability date, current salary & expectations by email or via WhatsApp to 92282600.About usIn 2015 VEA entered the scene as the city's very first cocktail and food pairing concept.
