- Oversee full system development lifecycle, including feasibility studies, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, documentation, support, and maintenance.
- Lead a development team, ensuring effective communication with clients and monitoring all development stages.
- Provide technical solutions that consider scalability, robustness, and performance to meet business requirements.
- Ensure quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Manage team performance, offer coaching, and plan staff development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in system development with comprehensive knowledge of the full development lifecycle.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale web-based applications.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and REST API development.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database design, particularly with MariaDB/MySQL.
- Experience with Microservices and containerization is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kotlin, CI/CD, cloud services, SOAP, ReactJS, or Node.js is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
