- Understand client business and day-to-day operations to accurately capture solution requirements, develop a deep knowledge of the client’s business, stay informed of sector trends and industry best practices, and translate client needs into effective business and technology solutions; provide consultation throughout the customer digital journey and digital transformation process.
- Work across a variety of projects, building expertise across relevant business and technology domains.
- Define and structure complex business problems, facilitating clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders to enable effective solution development.
- Diagnose client challenges, conduct thorough analyses, and develop actionable solutions and strategic roadmaps to address client needs.
- Assess client digital maturity and benchmarking against industry standards to identify capability gaps and inform digital strategy recommendations.
- Articulate complex ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients.
- Prioritize end-user experience throughout the development cycle to enhance solution adoption and effectively meet requirements.
- Capture and interpret user requirements, translating them into business and digital solutions across multiple industries.
- Lead discovery workshops, conduct user interviews, and facilitate stakeholder meetings for alignment on project objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of quality business digital solutions, ensuring alignment with client goal and business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices, and foster team collaboration to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement of digital initiatives.
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other relevant disciplines
- At least 3+ years or more of post-qualification IT consulting or relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and system design. Agile, Scrum Master, or Project Management certifications is a plus
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, excellent working attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
- Strong client management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both business users and technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Adaptability and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Ability to analyze a client’s data and need(s) around creating value for customers and their ecosystem, and recognize key areas for growth or improvement.
- Ability to apply specific and relevant Customer Strategy & Applied Design knowledge to effectively execute against standard plan / approach for client delivery.
- Hands-on experience designing, organising and facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and Agile / Scrum ceremonies.
- Proven track record of supporting the implementation of digital solution and driving change management initiatives.
