- Assist in organizing a diverse range of events, including Instagrammable experiences, outdoor adventures, and community festivals
- Support initiatives that enhance brand interaction with consumers, fostering an exciting and positive brand image for GO PARK Sports
- Work with various brands and partners to create co-branded events and cross-promotional opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and new opportunities for experiential engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and feedback
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Team to create compelling brand narratives and storytelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand affinity
- Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying and promoting GO PARK Sports' values, culture, and lifestyle through personal interactions and event activations
- Analyze consumer trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and position GO PARK Sports as a leader in the lifestyle, outdoor, and adventure sectors
- Foster a strong brand community by creating engaging content, facilitating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content that aligns with Go Park Sai Sha's brand values
- Prepare management reports to track progress and outcomes
- Handle additional tasks assigned by management
- Act as a sports ambassador for GO PARK Sports
- Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or Communications
- 5 years of solid experience in event planning, marketing, or community management roles, preferably in the outdoor/adventure or lifestyle industry
- Strong understanding of immersive customer engagement tactics
- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events, activations, or community initiatives
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and building brand communities
- Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and user engagement
- Experience in analyzing consumer data and market trends, leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and incorporate feedback into initiatives
- Energetic, outgoing, and active
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
- Required to work shifts, including holidays
