- Reviewing and analyzing Statements of Work (SOW) for accuracy and compliance within the Financial Services industry.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify requirements.
- Ensuring all contractual terms and conditions align with company policies and standards.
- Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records of all SOW-related activities.
- Providing regular updates and reports to relevant teams and management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline SOW processes and improve efficiency.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with SOW agreements.
- Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the Banking & Financial Services department.
- Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years of working experience under SOW/ SOF field within private banking industry
- Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
- Strong excel skills - VBA or Macro experience
- Work collaboratively with team member
- Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
- Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
