IT Digital Project Manager/ Scrum Master - 60k (Insurance)

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (web, mobile, cloud, etc.)
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlog items
- Track progress using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across teams
- Champion Agile best practices and coach teams on Scrum principles
- Report on velocity, burndown charts, and delivery KPIs
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management or Scrum Master roles
- Proven track record delivering complex digital products in Agile environments
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Consulting experience at a Big 4 firm or similar is a strong plus
- Familiarity with UX/UI, cloud platforms, and DevOps is a bonus
