If you’re passionate about innovation and want to make an impact in this dynamic industry, join us and be part of our journey.Technical Support SpecialistWhat your daily work look like:Provide technical support to merchants (make trips to client-site as well as in-office remote support)Provide timely and effective 1st & 2nd tier system support servicesHandle system troubleshooting, debugging, installation & configuration (such as Kiosk, Point-of-Sale, payment devices & printers)Develop & manage front-line staff regarding all technical-related knowledge and expectationsAssist in client meetings and technical inputWork in a roster system consisting of AM and PM shifting and rotation for weekendsWe are looking for someone with:Diploma / Higher Diploma with 0-2 years or above relevant work experience; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications in IT welcomeExperience in POS system is an advantageProficiency in Microsoft based system, virtualization, network and IT security controlSounds knowledge in configuring enterprise-wide system platform, LANS, WANs, WLANS & VPNsSelf-driven with can‐do attitude & problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary to the right candidateDiscretionary bonus based on performance14 days of annual leaveFriendly work environmentWorking a flat culture with talented individualsJoin a young and growing brand backed by a great investment teamAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
