Your duties:
  • Plan and design documentation for import, export, and re-export operations
  • Verify required proofs and documents in accordance with freight regulations
  • Handle documentation for general cargo as well as specialized items such as dangerous goods, prohibited goods, and dutiable commodities
  • Manage customs clearance procedures and stay updated on changes in customs regulations
  • Obtain licenses for freight operations and coordinate relevant administrative arrangements
  • Review workflows to improve operational efficiency and update business manuals and SOPs accordingly
  • Prepare monthly reports and ensure accuracy in all deliverables
  • Oversee contract management and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Research and update pricing lists for multiple airlines
  • Effectively manage space allocation by coordinating with individual airlines and co-loaders
  • Strengthen marketing efforts through strong relationships with airlines and co-loaders
  • Visualize space utilization and provide feedback to relevant departments
  • Negotiate patiently with multiple airlines for airfreight rate reductions and collaborate with internal teams to secure optimal services
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
How to join the OCSHK family:
  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in supply chain and logistics is preferable
  • In-depth knowledge of airfreight operations and industry practices
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Maturity with highly developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to work effectively with all levels of personnel in different functions
  • Strong PC application skills, such as MS Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot table etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent written English and Chinese and spoken English and Cantonese
Your working schedule:
  • 5 days work week
  • 0900-1800
