- Act as the designated POC to cultivate strong relationship with business leaders to cope with Group HR initiatives
- Provide professional advice on manpower planning, workforce optimization, talent management, leadership development, cultural building, effective execution of HR processes and engage employees during the entire life-cycle
- Work with the HR counterparts to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency; engage relevant internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy-in and adaptation to change
- Actively participate in and contribute to the review and development of human resources strategies, policies, and procedures by providing relevant input and feedback to meet the changing requirements from the business
- Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis in regards to manpower cost, headcounts, and budget forecast
- Lead and support other ad hoc assignments when required to cope with evolving business needs
- Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
- At least 10 years' experience in HRBP function from retail or luxury retail industry, experience working with frontline workforce is critical for this role
- Capable in executing HR projects, and performing under fast pace
- Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Strong computer skills, using MS Office
