- Involvement in the release and go-live plans for the Client Operations elements of the Programme, including ensuring successful acceptance and sign-off is obtained from all workstream sponsors.
- Engage with different stakeholders across multiple levels in an environment of constant change
- Roll out processes and procedures, ensuring team are comfortable and appropriately trained and supported.
- Responsible for training of the team on service, methodology, templates, processes
- Ensure team adoption and compliance with Collinson selected tools and technology.
- Responsible for documenting current As-Is processes where not available to ensure new programme delivers core business capabilities as a minimum
- Ensure a timely and accurate reporting
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in Client Operations and project management
- Experience in operations, policies and procedures, including client onboarding, pricing, contract and SLA adherence
- Strong delivery leadership experience in client operations transformation with evidenced examples of driving and managing change
- Collaborative, result-oriented and determined to achieve the outcome to help the team succeed
- Experience in flexible working/hybrid working environments
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
