- Develop and maintain IT portfolio governance frameworks and tools.
- Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across IT projects.
- Manage demand intake and translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
- Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption and minimize resistance.
- Monitor and control IT budget, ensuring ROI and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Portfolio, Program, or Project Management.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or ITIL are highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in portfolio governance, demand management, and vendor relations.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business impact.
- An estimated salary range of HKD 85,000 to HKD 100,000 per month.
