Our client, a world-leading internet and technology company in Mainland China, is a Hong Kong listed company, and their team is looking for a suitable candidateJob Description :Provide legal support to other members of in-house Legal with a focus on product and regulatory complianceHandle data and other general requests from law enforcement agencies and government departmentsProvide general legal support and assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to timeCo-ordinate with external counsels and internal counterparts to ensure delivery of top-quality legal service to our internal clientsSet up, manage and maintain a legal databaseRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in law) from Hong Kong or other countriesExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)Able to draft, review, comment, proof-read and negotiate commercial agreements and documents in English and ChineseWilling to learn new areas of law with an open mindAbility to work independently, diligent, result-oriented, self-motivated and have a strong sense of responsibilitySound interpersonal and communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and with ability to work under pressureExpert knowledge in working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage external professional parties and internal counterpartsA self-motivated team player with positive attitudeAttentive to detailsExperience in a reputable law firm as a paralegal/legal consultant is preferred but not essentialBased in Hong Kong with occasional travel to the headquarters in ShenzhenAll information will be treated in confidential and in compliance with the privacy ordinanceAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
