- Handle customer enquiry, deliver prompt response, and good customer service within established turnaround standard in verbal and written format
- Liaise with relevant internal department / management office to resolve customer concerns in a professional yet empathetic manner
- Handle administrative duties and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 1 year relevant experience preferably in property management, customer service or hospitality industries will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task; self-motivated, agile and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Relations Officer
