Our client is a listed leading energy company. They are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to join their team in Mong Kok.Responsibilities
  • Handle customers enquiries at stores and/or assigned booths or events/promotion activities in a manner that meets company's expectation on operation efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively promote company's products and services to customers and meet promotion targets
  • Resolve customer cases / complaints following established procedures, exercising judgment and conducting necessary escalation / consultation with appropriate internal parties
  • Maintain good relationship with external customers to promote customer retention and good-word-of-mouth of company
Requirements
  • Post-secondary or HKDSE graduates with at least one year's relevant customer service or sales & promotion experiences. Additional qualification or certificates in customer services or sales & marketing would be an advantage
  • Customer oriented and have good understanding of customer services
  • Proactive and have good promotion skills
  • Willing to work according to roster
  • Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good team player and high adaptability to retail operation environment
