Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone banking services to customers including the handling of inbound or outbound call, written response (e.g. letter, e-mail, live chat and fax) in a professional manner and in compliance with all internal regulatory requirements
  • To assist the team to achieve various key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • To process customer instructions/enquiries or requests strictly in adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Attend special assignments delegated by the superior
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Experience in Customer Services / Call Centre experience is preferable
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Pleasant, open-minded, ambitious, bold and helpful personality
  • Self-initiative and willing to learn
  • Patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
  • University students will also be considered
