- Reports to the Head of HR and leads a team of 5 members.
- Be responsible for designing, revamping and implementing compensation and benefits programs and HR policies to ensure the company competitiveness across the market.
- Be prepared and responsible for the formation of HR and C&B policies for the expansion in China market.
- Manages the team on the general C&B practices including but not limited to salary review, bonus calculation and payment, market survey and benchmark etc.
- Takes initiatives to drive improvement in C&B components
- Prepares HR related reports and participates in ad-hoc HR projects
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of HR experience in a labor-intensive industry, experience in C&B is essential.
- Flexible and dynamic to cope with fast business expansion
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislations and regulations including retirement schemes and taxation, knowledge in the same for China market is a plus
- Strong communication skills and able to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
- People oriented and passionate in people business
- Fluency in Chinese and English is a must
