Key Accountabilities:

Directs and makes recommendations on all laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning services of the hotel while upholding hotel standards
Compiles monthly reports to monitor Laundry room operation statistics and cost control
Coordinates with external vendors and contractors for smooth operation of Laundry room
Handles all disputes, complaints and claims
Provides guidance and training to new staff

General Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of working experience in hotel laundry is preferred
Knowledge in laundry, pressing and dry-cleaning machinery, techniques and standards
Simple knowledge in computer usage and Microsoft applications
Fluent Cantonese, fair English and basic Mandarin required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Laundry Supervisor
