ProfileA successful Head of Business Development should have:
  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Communication or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and business development within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of sales to corporates and HNWI across Asia + Mainland China
  • An ability to strategize and execute plans to achieve significant growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a sales team.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
