- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Communication or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and business development within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of sales to corporates and HNWI across Asia + Mainland China
- An ability to strategize and execute plans to achieve significant growth.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a sales team.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
