- Supervise and provide guidance to the B2B2C team
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in other products or services to customers
- Lead negotiations with clients regarding services and pricing, and assist in proceeding with sales orders
- Oversee the follow-up on customer inquiries and provide aftersales support
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Analyze team performance metrics to ensure that individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved
- Conduct market analysis and prepare sales report for the team head
- Execute ad hoc sales programs and initiatives as assigned by the team head

- DSE or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B2C/B2B sales or related field
- Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
- Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
