Our client is a renowned private equity firm specializing in investments in the APAC market. They are now seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing messages to the appropriate team members. Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. Arrange logistics, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
