At least 8 years relevant experience in Garment industry
Experience in Woven / Knit / Sweater + USA / EU market will be an advantage
Higher Diploma / Degree in Fashion Design or related disciplines
Proficiency in MS Office, CADs, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO or Digital / 3D Design Software
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Occasional travel to China is required
Candidate with less experience will also be considered as "Assistant Fashion Design Manager"

Responsibilities

Work closely with overseas designers, technical team and suppliers
Identify new fashion trend and pioneer market research
Develop seasonal concepts and design direction for international fashion brand
Guide product development from concept to execution
Prepare presentation boards, design sketches, illustrations and CADs
Monitor the design schedule and satisfy client's requirements
