- Formulate marketing strategies for payment card products in order to achieve the assigned KPI: e.g. no. of new credit card customers, card spending and receivables, top line
- Monitor and execute marketing programs to ensure smooth operation and timely roll-out of programs
- Explore and develop new channels or products for business growth
- Conduct post program evaluation and analysis to identify the key learning
- Monitor and control marketing expenses to ensure programs launched within assigned budget
- Ensure proper internal control in place and comply with regulatory requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines preferable
- 7 years or above relevant experience with minimum 6 years’ marketing experience in the credit card / personal loan industry
- Strong marketing sense, good project management skill, and attention to details
- Strong self-motivation, with creativity and ability to work under pressure
- Substantial knowledge of respective responsible areas / functions
- Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- Good PC knowledge
