  • Manage sales process and maximize long and short term results
  • Sell ZIM Products and identify opportunities for cross-sell/up-sell, not bounded in South China/Hong Kong but also entire China and SE Asia.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure profitable business
Customer relationships
  • Maintain relationships while managing and growing customer base
  • Identify customer needs and potential opportunities
  • Troubleshoot customer problems
  • Identify, develop and pursue new customer leads
Performance measurement
  • Work to achieve target set
  • Comply with reporting requirements to enable performance tracking
  • CRM
Account planning
  • Design detailed account plans
Requirements:
  • High diploma or above
  • 6 years working experience in which 2 years in supervisory level
  • With Sales and market sensibility
  • Strong in Relationship management
  • Negotiation and quotation process knowledge
  • Good Presentation, communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and customer-oriented
  • Travel required
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua
