
Helpdesk Specialist (Wanchai, 5 days work)

- Handle the filing application and enquiries, manage the helpdesk to support the applicants, and escalate special cases timely with proper documentation
- Liaise with relevant bureaux and departments, and regulatory authorities in respect of the filing applications
- Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions
- Collect daily statistics
- Provide support and prepare management highlights and reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 4 years' experience in IT industry
- Competent communication skills, both verbal and written and interpersonal techniques
- Fluency in English and Putonghua, moderate writing skill in both Chinese and English
- Experience in organising and managing events, including briefings, seminars, promotional and publicity activities is preferred
- Experience in providing helpdesk services to answer public enquiries is preferred
