In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations for our garment trims and packaging product lines. Based in the Kwai Chung Kwai Tsing District.What you'll be doing
  • Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for garment trims or packaging products, including product development, sourcing, pricing, and inventory control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies that align with the company's overall objectives
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and optimise the product portfolio
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Analyse sales data and market intelligence to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a merchandising or product management role within the garment trims or packaging products industry
  • Strong understanding of the garment trims and packaging product categories, including market trends, pricing strategies, and sourcing best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies that drive sales and profitability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage a team
  • F.5 or above
