Our client is a well-established NGO, and they are building their new PMO team to initiate set-up on organisation level. They are looking for a Senior PMO manager to join their new team.Job Description:Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines, monitor progress, and report according to PMO requirements, while adopting best practices and quality controls.Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to provide regular updates, manage cross-functional relationships, and facilitate effective communication to ensure alignment and support.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies while protecting the integrity of the operations.Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, to ensure transparency and accountability.Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in project delivery.Utilize project management software and tools to streamline processes, improve tracking, and enhance reporting capabilities for stakeholders.Undertake additional assignments as directed by supervisors, demonstrating agility and a willingness to adapt to new tasks and challenges as they arise.Job Requirements:Degree holder with minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably coming from corporates or consulting firms.Proven experience in transforming business requirements into insights for designing system requirements, implementation plan, contingency and risk mitigation, and post implementation management.Experience in dealing/working with government, NGOs, education sector and professional bodies would be an added advantage.Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.Candidates with less experience will be considered as PMO Manager.For all applications, kindly send us your updated CV quoting reference SPMOM/HL.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
