F & B Manager (Hotels/Resort/20 outlets) @ HKD 60,000

• Assist General Manager to direct the Food and Beverage Team towards achieving the highest possible standard of service and ensures a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
• Provide leadership & drive innovation to achieve sales targets within the local market and develop a high performing, strongly aligned F & B team
• Oversee all operations and monitor business performance to maximise sales, costing, manpower efficiency, customer service quality standards while maintaining brand values
• Review the daily financial performance and attend to all matters pertaining to the well being and efficient operation.
• Coordinate brand planning and management, organise and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;

• Minimum 9 years of operational management experience in catering outlets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to speak multiple languages
• Knowledge of local food and beverage industry regulations.
